Registrants! We're excited to see you on May 11 for your flight! Just a few housekeeping items before you arrive:
  1. Flight Check-In: Registration will open at 9:30am. Please check-in at the registration tent by Gate 9 at least 60 minutes before your flight (10am or 10:20am times, please check in at 9:30am). If you are late, we may give your flight to someone on the waiting list.
  2. Can't Make It?: If you can't make your flight time, please contact us ASAP, so we can offer your spot to someone else. We want to offer as many flights as possible!
  3. Waiver: Download, print, sign and bring the WAIVER for EACH flyer. Waivers MUST be signed by the parent or guardian of the flyer. Please ensure you do this, so we don't have to turn you away.
  4. Weather: Flights are dependent on weather, but the rest of the event is not. If the weather does not permit flights, there will still be lots going on in the Main Hangar.
