WELCOME TO THE FLYING EXPERIENCE! Celebrating 80 years in aviation! The Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre (WWFC) – located at the Region of Waterloo International Airport- is one of the largest and most experienced flight training centres in Canada. Operating as a successful Not for Profit corporation since 1932 and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, WWFC offers programs and services for students pursuing aviation as a career, as well as for individuals who enjoy flying as a hobby. We are partnered with Conestoga College and the University of Waterloo to offer diploma or degree programs in combination with a commercial pilot licence and multi-engine instrument rating. We also offer a Fast Track Professional Pilot program for students who already have a postsecondary education. WWFC is registered as a Private Career College in Ontario and has a well developed network among entry level aviation employers across the country. Our fleet consists of 24 Cessna, Diamond and Piper aircraft, and ground training takes place in our new 15,000 square foot flight school facility. We have over 20 flight instructors on staff, all of whom bring lots of experience and 9 that hold a Class 1or Class 2 rating. Experience counts! The Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre also offers School & Community Tours, Building & Facility Rentals, complete maintenance facilities including services for private aircraft owners, an ever growing Pilot Shop, and a full service restaurant.
